I apologize! Charter no longer includes box charges in the new packages, as I have been receiving flyers. Time Warner Cable changed packages a few years ago. When customers swapped the boxes, the promo rates *fell off* and we had to submit special billing forms for rate adjustments. Packages were built without equipment, then box swaps, or use of cable cards, made the billing much easier.
