[Network] Speed shortage

I have been a customer for 9yrs. Since September of 2012 I have been calling to inform windstream of my internet problems. they informed me that it was an issue they were working on and that it should be resolved in oct 2012...well its Feb almost march of 2013 and nothing has been fixed it keeps getting worse this is my only form of entertainment and i can not watch my sows with out it taking forever. I am paying for 3mbps and i am lucky to get 2mbps...most of the time its .9 or less. I am really sick of it...I might as well have dial up
