Here is my Merry Christmas from Windstream:
That was today, but it has been pretty much that way since we came home from out of town on Christmas night. I called Windstream and they told me it was a known latency outage (whatever that means) and gave a repair ETA of Dec. 31. That date came and went and now all they do is tell me it's still an open ticket and they can't give an ETA.
I was offered one credit to my bill, and when it stretched into 2 months I requested another, which they begrudgingly gave me. Honestly, I'm happy to pay the $60//mo, when I am getting the advertised speeds, but what we are getting now is barely usable. My husband and I need broadband for our livelihood and if this does not get fixed soon we are going to have to look into switching to Millenicom or going back to satellite.
WINDSTREAM, please fix this!!!
