V* has never been quick on the notice uptake - unless it's a billing item that gets them more $$$. Sort of like insurance bill notifications. You get a bill 6 weeks before the policy expires, you pay it 1 -2 weeks before the due date and in a couple days, you get a 2nd notice.
Invariably, I get email notifications for TOS changes 1 - 2 weeks AFTER the change went into effect.--
