<description><![CDATA[anon posted : Wanted to reply as I'm central PA as well.  I'm FIOS with a great speed test BUT whether I use IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari ... same thing--S L O W and C H O P P Y YouTube vids for the last several months.  Every other site I view vids playback is just fine.  It's only YouTube.  I have tried the ISP fix, nada.  I have tried entering a .exe code someone suggested, nada.  I'm at my wits end and have no where else to go.  No reply from Google heads on the issue.  Everywhere I go thousands of people are having this issue. That's my rant for the day ... yet another day.]]></description>

It should have some more detailed information and links to some videos and tutorials for Windows, OSX, and Linux.<br><br>I just did this in Windows 8, and I went from barely being able to watch Merlini on 360p, to watching him without skipping at 1200p+. <description><![CDATA[Archivis posted : I have 75/35 FIOS.  I can pull down files at 10.5MB/sec, but I can't stream a lousy Youtube video on normal quality?  I can't even get 720 to cooperate half the time and don't even bother with 1080.
