My Tivo VOD hasn't worked in days. I had customer service try every option. A case was opened several days ago with no resolution reached. The VOD worked initially but hasn't in sometime. I saw on similar threads RCN techs on these forums had success with similar issues so I thought I would try this out. Any suggestions?
Yes I can bring up the on demand menu. When I make my selection it tried loading then a message comes up saying request failed please try again. if problem continues please call customer service. There are no additional codes in the message. I also ruled out internet issues as the rest of the Tivo internet services like Pandora work fine. Also I have tried power cycling and the tivo service connects successfully.
