| wrong zip code in database I had DSL for over ten years starting with Ameritech. Last year took the plunge to Comcast. I'm looking it see what kind of deal I can get if I return to AT&T.
About 4-5 years ago, the zip code for our home was changed by the post office. When I go online to look at available services, the tool will not recognize my address with the new zip code.
How can the provisioning database be updated to the proper zip code? I have tried to get it changed via chat, but the representatives say they cannot make that correction. |

| Thanks - I was going to go to direct but the instructions said to post in the local forum first.
My concern is if I get provisioned with the wrong zip code I could be fighting billing issues going forward.
The billing in the past always went to the correct (new) zip code. |
