Humm, "Sms alerts for an organization"
That is vague, and also many Sms system work differently so you may need to work with software and or API for that SMS system you plan on using.
It is not clear if you want to develop a phone App, a PC App, or a web page or what.
So we can not help you with out understanding the details of what you are trying to do. |

lilhurricane here I share the scope of my project.Hope you have got the idea.
In this project I am going to develop SMS Alert System having modules like
• Send Message
• Receive Messages
My system will receive messages from the registered persons. Then it will select the relevant groups from the database and alert them by sending SMS. The unregistered person’s messages will be auto deleted.
This System will send information messages (alerts, updates, meetings, holidays, makeup and advance lecture timings etc) to the relevant person (teachers, students, administration, guards, lab and network persons etch). A priority technique should be setup for sending messages.
I want such type of project.
