I am trying to figure out why I can't access my voicemail online or on the mobile app. I've checked everything I can think of and can't find a setting to turn on.
Can you send me your Comcast ID or Comcast email address through a private message? I'll have someone take a look at it.
If this is your first time trying to access online or mobile app, you need to "update" your account. Go to customer.comcast.com, log in, go to users and preferences and follow the instructions to update. This should fix it.
tried that and no go. voicemail online was checked but still nothing.
