| termination no contract death I need to terminate my mother's CC after her death. Will this work without additional fees: Her last paid bill said service from 2/12 to 3/11. I take in her SD cable box and 2 DTA's before 3/11. She owned her cable modem. I tell them to terminate her service.

You might take a copy of her death certificate along just in case. Most places will make their own xerox copy of an original one issued by the county if they think they need one.
Depending on when you go in and close the account, there should be a refund due as well. A refund check could take a few weeks to show up.
