Down at 7 and warden as well. Called in they say they need to send a tech from rogers ETA is 3 days.

Starting to wonder if the hassle with tek is worth the savings.

My Internet is down as well in Markham. Hwy 7 and Warden. Contacted Teksavvy support.

As far as I know, other Rogers in the same area have the same problem. So, it is not just Teksavvy customers. Hopefully, they can fix it soon.

Sounds like you're at Majestic Court or Eko? I used to have TSI DSL there at MJC.

This issue also affecting Rogers customers as well. It's not Teksavvy issue only.

So tek just called me to say they are sending a tech. I asked about whether they know it's the whole building and they say no and gave some scripted answer.

So if no one opened a ticket the tech's suppose to arrive on friday sometime during working hours (great likely no one can be home).

Talked to tek and they said Rogers is working on the issue. no ETA yet. Looks like Rogers TV customers also affected.

I'm also at MJC and as of now, my connection with TekSavvy is still down. It has been down since Wednesday

I'm at 60 not 50. I've been back up since Thursday night...

I'm not with Tek but I do use cable Internet ...

I think since the other folks also at MJC hasn't chimed up about trouble, you should probably get a ticket in if you haven't already and then go from there. Also make sure to power cycle modem and router, and also if needed do a reset.

Taking your advice, I did another reset and saw that the wired connection is now back on (I don't usually use it). It was the wireless connection that was still broken. Now everything is live again after I redid the setup of the wireless router
