RR/Cable Outage in So. Manhattan For the last couple of weeks everytime that I open Explorer to the RoadRunner homepage I get a message informing me that the RoadRunner homepage is not available. Except for that quirk I have internet access. However, cable service has deteriorated over the last few weeks as well. The symptoms include loss of audio, increase breakups, etc. As usual, I get conflicting information from TWC, but the last rep that I spoke to admitted that there was an outage that was affecting both the RoadRunner home page as well as other services. Is anybody else in So. Manhattan experiencing similar problems and do you have any information about what may be going on? Thanks.
