| CIA voip via NAT (linksys 2102 and Cisco DPC3825) Hi All,
I have major issue with my phone. I am using CIA voip and after changing my rogers router/modem to Cisco DPC3825, I've got problem with incoming and outgoing calls. can you please help me how I can make the changes on DPC3825 or linksys2102 in order to make calls and receive them?

Hi bjlockie,
I already did, and it has been few months neither CIA nor Rogers help me with this issue!CIA said ask rogers to change the router to bridge, which reduces my internet speed. Besides, when I asked rogers to help me with port fwding, they said they are not allowed to do any help as we have admin access to make all changes ourselves!
can you please help if you have had the same issue before?
