[FL] Secondary email account login failure

Primary email account working ok. The secondary email account fails to login to pop servers. Web mail works ok. I am able to send emails ok. Went to my office and changed Thunderbird to secondary email login by just changing the first letter of the login name....my email program fails to login on using my office computer. So what is wrong with the pop servers regarding secondary accounts login? Its useless to call tech support

I am getting reports that the email issue has been resolved. Try to login again with your email client, and let me know if you see any change.

Nope....secondary login failed. I just changed the first letter of the user name with mediacombb.net ...saved and restarted thunderbird on my office computer...it fails the login......at the bottom of thunderbirds.....it states.
Connect: Host for mediacombb.net contacted, sending login information...... I finally get ! Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server mail.mediacombb.net responded: +
I am using the same password for both primary and secondary accounts.

I am unable to login to email also. I can from web but not from client.

Same with me. Just power cycled the modem and computer and still can't connect with TBird. Web mail is fine.

Just checked secondary account login....it worked........

Good to hear. Our Network Operation just gave us word that it is fixed.
