[FireFox] Firefox 19.0.1 out

Just got it through internal updater right now.

Looks like it is for Windows 8 only.

Hmmm, I'm on Win7 x64 and no internal update. Maybe Mozilla is only offering it to those on Win8 (?).

(Never mind the link provided by the OP says that--duh!)

FWIW, Win7 users can download 19.0.1 by right-clicking the [Download] button on the Mozilla page and copying the download link, then pasting the download link into their address bar. Change "19.0" to "19.0.1" and you'll get 19.0.1 even if you're running Windows 98

IOW change "download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-19.0&os=win&lang=en-US"
to "download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-19.0.1&os=win&lang=en-US"

What's interesting is that I'm RUNNING Windows 8 when I normally click the "download now" link on Mozilla's webpage, yet I am still only offered 19.0.0, and not 19.0.1.

Using the little trick that angussf See Profile posted, I was able to download 19.0.1.

While I don't run Firefox as my main browser, I do like to download and save a local copy of the different versions in case I need to install it on friends / family machines. It just makes it easier for me to have all my application installs in one place. So, maybe that is why I was not offered 19.0.1, as I was running Waterfox at the time, even though I'm on Windows 8 Pro?
