Very pathetic and hollow promises...if there was a viable option I would switch

Paying for 12mb down

Tier 2 informs me equipment is crap on DSLAM and is to be replaced this year...no known time frame.

Been living with it for 2+ months and not getting anything fixed. Verizon 3G indoors faster than this

I always thought if something was broke....you fix it.

Next step to file formal complaints.

I have had these issues on and off for 2.5 years. two months would be a dream for most of us, but you are correct they need to fix it and the thousands of other customers they screw each week.
