hi Marc, thank you for the update.
I assume C&D letter still was not provided by trolls and probably will not be provided as C&D letter basically orders to alleged "infringer" effectively REMOVE "the works" from a Hard Drive and that is not what trolls want. They want their "works" on "infringer's" Hard Drive(s) and scare everyone into their revenue scheme: "pay up or else". |

Yup it certainly and provides the facts without any fluff. I tried reading the other document but it just gave me a headache. I'd probably have to print it out to make any sense out of it. |

The other affidavit is Voltage's history of copyright trolling in Canada & the US, with the complaint from each of the past US suits included as evidence to that affidavit.

Thanks Ressy for the explanation. It kinda looked like a past history to me but was hard to read as the document contained other documents embedded which made it hard to read on the screen and now which was the body and which was the embedded document. |
