I would have expected Richmond to route to Ashburn to get to Level 3 and not to Georgia. Comcast speed tests to DC max out my connection so I really cannot see it being a rerroute do to congestion between Richmond and DC.

I guess it is the extra benefit of having a business class connection and static IP so that we have higher latency and avoid burning up our cable connection with the blazing fast speed. /sarcasm
