Visual Basic message/Excel 2011

I recently got a new iMac and installed Office 2011 and any time I open an Excel file I get the message below. I never got that before when I had it on my older iMac. I have to click the document file a second time and it will open without issues. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.
