Collinsville, VA | Shaping rate I have the 20 meg package and shaper probe says no upstream shapers. but downstream is shaped at 15000 on speed tests I usually get 22000 so whats going on am I not actually getting what I pay for? |

Collinsville, VA | I had performance and I upgraded to blast today and that has even been a problem I was still getting 20mbps down so the tech support but in a new config file and now im only getting 35mbps down and about 5 up so they said it will take 24 hours for a higher support group to fix the issue and if that doesnt work then send a technician out to my home |

Collinsville, VA | The advertised speed is 50mbps down and 10 up. 105 Mbps is also available so I should be able to get the stated speeds I know someone in this area that has 50 down from comcast |

This is after I upgraded to blast and they finally sent the new config file to the modem on speedtest.net it usually shows 35-36 down and 5 up I dont really like that its still power boost and my actual speed is only 26mbps does anyone know what it would be like if i upgraded to 105? I want one speed no stupid power boost. |
