Convert Language in Windows 7

me join:2002-12-08 Iapetus 1 edit	Convert Language in Windows 7 My friend moved to the US from Europe and I need to switch his windows 7 premium to English. Can I use my windows DVD and combine that with his Windows Key on the sticker under his laptop? I tested the key on a virtual windows install and it seemed to work but it was not connected online so I am not sure.

me join:2002-12-08 Iapetus	It doesn't work completely. For example, Chrome's settings menu is still in Swedish and any language changes don't seam to apply.

Are there any Windows components that are not tracking the language change?
