 | [DSL] Help? Alright....
I'll explain what happened. I removed a service from Bell (since I have Bell for the home phone), and then less than an hour later... BOOM! The internet is down. So, next day, I call TS. They run through diagnostics and nothing helpful happens. So, today, I talk with a representative, and they run diagnostics. So, we try a direct connection (meaning no splitter or filter), but no luck. Then they tell me that they're willing to send a ticket to Bell. IF the cause shows that it's us (which it's not), we pay 87 bucks. Why? I thought TekSavvy actually advocated for its' customers. I shouldn't have to pay one cent for something that I didn't cause. Anyhow, I'm thinking about leaving. Should I leave? Or what else should I do? I'm a student and I'm not in any position to forfeit money because of one error caused by a company. |

eksterHi there. join:2010-07-16 Lachine, QC kudos:1 | Which service did you remove from Bell exactly? Was it the home phone? If that's the case, you can't have DSL Internet without either a phone line or a dry-loop. |
