[Cable] Speed results higher than expected?

Not that I'm complaining, but lately I've been seeing higher than normal download speeds when I run speed tests. My connection is on the 18/0.5 profile, but lately my speed tests are showing results of 24/0.5.

Is this normal? Have I been upgraded somehow?
