[Resolved] Do I need a new login with my upgrade?

Got my upgrade from 6 to 15 Mbps today and while my modem stats show the upgrade my speed tests are still stuck at 6Mbps.

Do I need a new login?

Tried different browsers, different computers, swapped modems (2wire and TP-8840).

**Speedtest.net results forum results don't seem to be working ATM but I'm getting the same results (Toronto/Montreal servers)**

Tu peux essayer ce speedtest qui est plus proche de ta connection electronicbox. Il est assez fiable comme test.

Just one question why is the upload so slow? this is not 1mbps?

Yeah they seems to have problems with the line upgrade this month. I upgraded from 30 to 60 on cable last month and was supposed to received the upgrade for march 1st.

I'm still on 30, after numerous modem reset. I will need to call customer service...

If you requested the upgrade after February 6, you will be upgraded on April 1st.

I don't remember when I requested the update. I just know that it's a long time ago... I've been charge for the 60mbps speed on my March monthly invoice.

I was used to not getting the service I pay for with Bell but it's a 1st for me with Ebox.

But again, with all the billing thread going on recently in the forum, I'm not surprised.

I will give them a call on monday.

Seems like Videotron forgot to adjust my line at the new speed.
After waiting 45 minutes on calling queue (busy monday at ebox), now it's all good.

The fttn packages still have tpc overhead on them so you will always loose some speed on both your download and uploads. This may be a cause for his lower upload speed.
