I thought we could change it up a bit. Not that I haven't enjoyed and learned a great deal from past CE threads. I thought we could try something we haven't done before to keep it challenging and fun. I hope this is OK?
OK everyone, get out your crayons.

For those who do not already know this trick: Copy one of these drawings onto a black background 1024 x 768 then invert the image. Now you have the sketch with pronounced white lines over black which can be re-sized and moved around the canvas. It's also easier to trace, select and fill the image this way.

I don't know how long before it totally goes kaput and I don't know if I want replace the GPU or build a better system?

Since my GPU or possibly, my monitor is on the blink and I'm unable to generate shades of red I was wondering does the tiger that I colored look like a tiger or are the colors off?
Reds and oranges look very dull on my monitor.

Hmmm... the brightness may be attributed to the raising of my gamma levels to compensate for the loss of red shades? It doesn't look bright on my monitor.

I take it you really like the color orange. Which is ok as per the forum name Expressions but having the monitor problems you say you have it is almost over the top.
As much and as good graphics work as you do I would have thought the monitor would have been replaced by now. Just my 2 cents worth caused by a boring sleepless night.

Hmmm... those files don't look very orange on my monitor? I hope my monitor is not the problem?
This was the top of the line monitor 11 years ago, It cost me close to $1000.00. I bought it because my son was coding video games at the time. One of the games he was working on was called CounterStrike, if memory serves me? He was coding weapons with a group of graphic artists to be used in the game.
Hopefully some money will fall from the sky soon because my money tree has withered.
