Well the DSLAM is the problem and it was to be repaired by Feb 1. As you all know here, that never happens. I went through Aaron here and was no help. I've call WS too many times. Corporate says they will look into it call me back...Still waiting on that call back. Contacted PUCO and they don't handle internet service. This week I filed complaints with Ohio Attorny General, FCC, and FTC. Where else can I go? |

 Otro join:2012-12-26 Mount Perry, OH | reply to Otro I got a message from headquarters today. They are not planning on replacing the dslam anytime in the future. They told me that they were sorry but if I wanted their service, I would have to live with the slow speeds. What a slap in the face. |
