Darrin join:2009-02-28 Los Angeles, CA | reply to dcn66100 8 channels in Venice 90291 now too.
The upstream channel appears to have halved in rate too, from 5120 to 2560ksym/sec. |

Faster speed? The old one seems to do fine (99% uptime and stable). |

| I think that you are having signal issues preventing you having 8 channels. You should have 1-8 as the downstream channel id instead of 1,2,3,4,5,7 which means you are having horrible errors on channels 6 and 8 on the downstream which is causing the modem to not lock on and it evident from your Correctables being high on Channel IDs 4 and 5. |

| Uncorrectables/correctables statistics are useless without the total codewords, or at least the modem's uptime. Your modem is receiving thousands of codewords per second. A small number of errors (as you've shown) is nothing to worry about. -- AT&T U-Hearse - RIP Unlimited Internet 1995-2011 Rethink Billable.
