I have gone round and round with Comcast on this and am ready to drop them like their internet connection.
Everything is fine until one day and the internet just keeps crapping out all day. I've had two tech visits and countless phone tech calls.
Attached is my modem log. I don't know all of the fault codes, but it clearly looks like the modem is losing connection correct? The tech visit this week was a joke. He found "nothing wrong".
Any advise (other than dropping Comcast)?
