| [Troubles] 300+ Pings at all times, Arkansas Since November we've had pings of 300+ and at peak times it's even higher. I've called twice about this and gotten the same answer. That there is a "Known Issue and we're working to correct it." These tests were taken at 11 AM today, and you'll see that this is completely unacceptable. We're paying for 3mbs connection and getting slower than dial-up. Hughs net was better than this, and that was satellite!

 | reply to mordie1001 Hey I am paying for 12 and getting the same speeds. Been a known issue since at least August 2012. Most recent info for my area in AR is "by then end of the year"

I also have a direct thread where Patricia has been answering me... occasionally. Been waiting 3 weeks for an update after my last ETR was missed. Apparently your engineers answer CS at their leisure with no expectation of accountability. |
