| Triple Play Upgrade I have the Family package and was looking to add phone and internet service. Currently I have DSL and POTS with verizon. I was given a price of $101.80/month + one time charges of $40 (porting phone #) and $29.99 (Installation).
I was told in order to upgrade, they needed to change my Family package to at least the Value package. Does anyone know if this true? |

| They cannot change your TV rates to the iO Family triple-play rate, so you will need to take a currently offered package (Value/Preferred/Silver/Gold) to get the promotion. Check package prices & lineups to confirm that you will be happy with your option after the promo ends, because you will be unable to add Family in the future. |

Promo is iO Preferred + OOL + OV for $100, plus boxes, plus (probably) $3 sports fee. |

Just checked the Value package listings. Appears to have what family has plus 6 or 7 channels at an additional $6.
Probably end up paying 108 with cable tax and sports fee. Some savings for now at least. Thanks everyone. |
