[DSL] VDSL2 25/7 still

I still have two accounts stuck on 25/7. Are we allowed to request this to be fixed yet? Am I to continue to wait for Bell to get around to it, which seems unlikely?

Post your line stats.
It is "up to" so maybe you are too far to get 10 upload.

Post in the direct forum and you'll likely be able to get your profile raised if your close enough to the remote.

Well first attempt appears Bell closed the request stating that 26M-8M is already setup.

I've checked the accounts and see the following notes from Bell,

Resolution: WEBCARE UPDATE TO DISPLAY TORHONZWO00 01-001-001-024 /SYNC RATE:26M-8156 /LTOK: Y/SERVICE EFFECTING PRF ERS: N/NEIGAVG: /LAST STATE CHG: N/ COMMENTS:SUB IS ALREADY GETTING 26M-8M/

I've checked both of the lines and see:

Both lines are syncing up to the modem and the stats look good. You should be getting full speed on both lines right now.

These stats appear good enough to obtain the sync rate for 10 up, do they not?

Yes. Bell often pulls this illegal BS where they claim they only have to give wholesalers 7 meg up, but they're required by the CRTC to offer 10 meg.

Have TSI push them, you'll get it.

Same thing happened to me. Requested TSI upgrade me from 25/7 to 25/10, Bell telephoned me and left a message saying they're not allowed to give me more than 7 meg up, TSI called Bell back and told them to stop f-ing around.
