Shaw reps: questions about internet packages

There are 3 packages in the broadband 100 tier:
broadband 100: 500GB monthly cap,
broadband 100+: 750GB monthly cap,
unlimited 100: unlimited

My questions are as follows:

1. Suppose I have broadband 100, and I consistently go over the monthly cap, what would happen? After my ignoring Shaw's warnings, would I be automatically upgraded to either broadband 100+ or unlimited 100 depending on my usage?

2. Suppose that I was automatically upgraded from broadband 100 to broadband 100+ due to consistently breaching the 500GB cap, and for the ensuing month my usage falls below 500GB, would I then be automatically downgraded to the original broadband 100 that I singed for?

TIA.

1) Automatically, no, but if the bandwidth team starts talking to you, you should seriously consider upgrading yourself at that point...

2) That is what the bump-up program is supposed to do when they start using it
