I live in michigan and I'm still on the 19 mbs, sure wish they would get rid of it.

Understood mmisek....and if that's the case, then so be it. Doesn't hurt to try though. I've been unsuccessful thus far though so looks like the cards are stack against me....

It's more than just "requesting and releasing it" the hardware has to be there. the CPE is just one part of the key, the VRAD/IPDSLAM has to have the hardware configuration for it too as well as back end hardware.

There is a lot more to pair bonding than "Releasing it"
