| Audio dropping out on Euronews Every few minutes the audio is dropping on Euronews Channel 103 for about five seconds on the Brookhaven system, then it comes back. Not sure if it is technical on Cablevisions end or Euronews. Anyone else experiencing this? |

| It has to be a Euronews issue, because I see it both on my TV (Hauppauge system) and the streaming version for the Optimum App. |

| Thanks frdizzt for the feedback, I feel better knowing now that it isnt my equipment causing the issue. Im a Euronews fan. The issue I am having not only involves the audio but the picture occasionally freezing and pixelating for a short time before resolving itself only to keep happening. |

| You can contact CV and they can escalate/reach out to the provider. It would probably help if you verify it's out on the app, as it would take more calls for an outage to be declared for TV channel vs Optimum App. |
