[OS X] Can't fill in PDF

This is a new one for me. I'm trying to use the fillable PDF at

»otr.cfo.dc.gov/otr/frames.asp?do···1113.pdf

Opening it in Safari it's completely non-functional.

Opening it Chrome, it will take inputs but anything entered in the numeric fields just disappears when moving to the next field. (text fields seem ok).

Is this something specific to my settings?

Have you tried it in Preview?

Thanks, that specific one works in Preview, but this one does not:

»otr.cfo.dc.gov/otr/frames.asp?do···l-in.pdf

:/

That one seems to need the current version of Adobe Reader.

Got it, thanks. I guess I'll need to dust off my old Dell laptop. I'd like to avoid installing any Adobe junk on this Macbook if possible.

I don't know why that second one doesn't render in the correct colors. Pretty weird.

I've found that some fill-able PDFs only work with Adobe Acrobat/Reader, even on Windows.
