| stop sells, poi status' Just requesting an update on any stop sells in any areas tek offers and what poi's are awaiting upgrades & how many gig links?
I just moved from east york in toronto to brampton and downloads went from 16 mbit on the 18 plan to 10 on the 18 plan :|

kudos:14 | upgrade due this week and next. we recently added a 7th 10gig backhaul.. it's got 7.5 gig of free space.
this week a couple gig are being moved to it. next week another 6 gig are being added to augment poi capacity.
in total we have 29 links on order. all of those are only for disaggregated TPIA. we have more on order for aggregated.

So orders in the pipe for DA-POI capacity are being processed? I assume this is being done to ensure current customers are getting the service they paid for but aren't these terribly wasteful upgrades as APOI is the go to solution, existing from CRTC withstanding? |
