 1 edit | Outage on McNicoll POI? The online light on my modem is completely out.
I performed a modem reset, which didn't help. I am getting signal, but the online light is out.
Connectivity went down around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday.
I opened a ticket with Teksavvy, but I'm curious if anyone else lost the online light status on his or her modem on the McNicoll POI. |

 4 edits | Yes, and, at one point, I had two open tickets.
The outage wasn't affecting just me. It was DHCP issue on Rogers' end that was affecting people in my area.
Similarly, the congestion issue I'm experiencing is not isolated to me either on the McNicoll POI (and your results after 9:15 p.m. also indicate a problem; there's a congestion problem every night between 9:30 p.m. and 11 p.m.). |
