| Modem numbers suddenly worse After a visit from a WOW crew last week to my backyard cable box for unknown reasons, my cable modem signal levels are drastically worse. Upstream power level from 45 to 51db. Downstream power from 10 to 18db. S/N from 39 to 34db.
I lost all the fine tuning WOW did for me about 6 months ago to improve my signal levels. I'm not sure what to do next... call WOW again to ask for fine tune? |

So far so good, but these numbers were a precursor to performance issues in the past. |
