Netflix will create their app for access to their content on Windows platforms and it will work the way that Netflix wants it. That is, their streaming app will be for streaming their content -- that's up to Netflix, not Apple, not Microsoft, etc. So, not a good example. <br><br>(As an aside, Netflix chose a long time ago to not let users manage their disc queues via mobile apps and there's nothing Apple or Microsoft can do about it -- they don't get to play there).<br><br>If you have have issues with a way an app works, you need to take it up with the developer of said app, not the platform provider.<br><br><div class="bquote"><p>Normally suggested upgrades are good for the OS. <description><![CDATA[WhyMe420 posted : Most of the apps are a stripped-down version of Forum Runner or Tapatalk. That's why I bought both, and just added each forum I visit to it that supports it. A few forums only allow you to use their stripped-down version, probably due to incompatibilities. It's not too annoying IMO.]]></description>
