For privacy reasons, we would like to change the caller ID to display our phone number rather than the options currently made available, which seem to always display the family name.
The only other option for us is to not display anything at all which is problematic.
I don't imagine any change I make on the ATA or within the portal would make a difference on what Call Display displays. So I'm thinking that some sort of edit OR override on the TekTalk server-side is needed. Maybe it's a simple text file and xml???
Also, seems weird that the Teksavvy support people would only have access to the same setup features that we (customers) have.
