i got some promo that end but CS told me to talk to loyalty and not retention.
I did call retention before and they couldn't keep my promo, they also told me to call loyalty.

| There isn't a direct number. NEVER ask specifically to talk to loyalty, they will give you the run around and try to resolve your issue on their own, but they have no power and can only offer you what's on the website. The magic word is cancel. Tell them you want to give your 30 days notice and they will transfer you with no further questions. |
