Price Question- Is it good or ripoff?

I just switched to comcast and got a price of $158.00 plus tax for a package that includes blast internet, 4 cable boxes, HD service, HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, Starz and Sports. This a a 12 month rate. Does that sound like a deal? I would welcome any opinions. Thanks.

Sounds good. I pay about that much for Performance HSI (my modem), Preferred video, HD, 1 box+DVR, 1 DTA.

Based on my latest price list, as full-price comparison. Does the package have a name? I'm not certain if the core video is Starter or Preferred, although this sounds like a Premier XF double-play. My price list only lists triple-plays (includes phone), and Premier XF triple is $214.95:
$61.95 - Blast! HSI
$126.95 - Digital Premier (Preferred + HBO/Starz/Cinemax/Showtime/Sports)
$9.95 - HD Tech Fee
$29.85 - 3 extra boxes
No mention of a DVR, which is $8 each.

Enjoy it! When your 12 months promo is up, be prepared for some sticker-shock on the bill.
Somewhere up around $250 ought to cover it.

Must have some value for them then. What do they get for $275/month?
