| [Speed] Cross Lanes, WV huge DL decrease during evenings I have the 15/1 package and everything is ok from 12AM to about 4PM. I get the full 15mbps (around 2.2MB/s DL) and after 4PM I start getting massive DL speed decreases to about .70mbps, sometimes slower. Pretty much as soon as it hits midnight, give or take a couple minutes, my speed goes back up to the normal 15mbps. This has been going on for about 3+ weeks and thought it was possibly SL upgrading something.
Just wondering if anyone in the area is having similar issues before calling tech and asking them to come see what is up. |

Currently am experiencing random disconnects from the internet periodically through out the day. Charleston, WV area here. |

Welcome to Suddenlink. I'm in Nitro, had the same problem, until I got a DOCSIS 3.0 modem. What modem do you currently have? My recommendation is to call call call, and possibly message Pete Abel if he is still on here. |
