Those promotional rates are ridiculously good. The obvious questions being:

1) Will there be an option to buy a VDSL modem?

2) Are promotional rates cancelled in case a subscriber moves?

Do the rates as posted include dry loop or modem fees?

So dry loop is now waived, correct? Let's say I'm on 25/10 75gb cap (36.99$) until dec 2013 when january 2014 swings around will the promotion end? or once you're on the promo rate it will stay at this price and not go up?

Dry loop install fee is waived. Monthly dry loop fee is not (unless you have TekTalk).

Depends where you live.

Bands depend on where you live, if you live in down town you'll be in band A, I found it strange how TSI has to charge people monthly for dry loop when velcom and eBox don't? I don't understand that. Are they eating the cost of the band or doing some under the table business that we don't know about?

That depends on where you live (Bell decides what band you're in), I'm not sure how you'd look it up.
