Internet down for days and is fixed but slow
Last Wednesday there was a snow storm which cut off my internet and phone and since Bell has THE WORST customer service ever, I couldn't get a technician who could get the phone and internet to work again until yesterday (Monday) and now I'm happy it's back but it's unbearably slow. Speedtest results always say the download speed is 2-3mbps but before it was always 5 (it's supposed to be 6) and when I open "activity monitor" on my Mac I can see how fast data is transferring so when I load a 1080p video on Youtube this is what happens
Before my internet was cut off it would always be downloading at 700KB/s and it would be consistent unlike now
What is the problem and how do i solve it?
What did the technician do to get things working again?
The telephone wires that are beside my house I think since the phone was also very staticy

are all your phones still filtered? perhaps during troubleshooting, a filter was removed and not replaced?
Yes, all the lines have filters
