Re: Detroit, MI Before I rebooted my modem, I was getting 30mbs down and 41mbs up. (before the upgrade it was 30/5) I did various tests to servers all over the U.S. I was able to watch my DISH DVR on my phone with no quality issues or lag (never had this happen before ). but after I heard about the upgrades, I rebooted my modem and router(s) and the below seems to be the norm now. My son plays on STEAM all the time and he said he HAS NOT seen any better performance then before the upgrade. Having a DOCIS 3.0 modem, I would think I would. I could stream movies on 2 roku's operating on WiFi, off netflix or Amazon and he could be playing online and never had any buffering or video quality issues before. So far, I seen NO tangible benefit of the faster speeds. My bill didn't go up so I don't really care what they do. However, If they do decide to up the price, I'll drop back to my 25/5 that I was suppose to have (but always came in at 30+). Just my 2 cents.
