I am having connection issues and when I call in to Tech Support , all i get are people who try to tell me that" everything seems fine on our end" when i know its not. Im having trouble staying connected to Internet games and VOIP.
I received your PM and I do not see anything standing out yet but I have not had a chance to dig in.
Please download and install PingPlotter Pro (free trial) and run it to a destination server that you can replicate the problem to. Let it run and once you see the connection problems click on File > Save Sample set and attach it to this thread.
