pfister faucet, what one is this?

I need to replace the top half of this pfister faucet, but i can't figure out what one it is... I have attached a pic(i know it is bad, but best one i have for now)..

It is a chrome finish, has the pfister faucet logo in color and on the top of the head, there is a black button..

»www.amazon.com/Pfister-133-10SS-···02TWNO00 It is very close to that one, but not as fancy

I doubt anyone would be able to help you based on that pic (sorry) but I'd try removing the faucet from the sink and seeing if there's a model number underneath.

Failing that, I'd take a better pic and send it to customer support at Pfister. They may be able to identify it for you and tell you what part number(s) you'll need.

turn the faucet as far to the side as possible and look closely to the bottom. it might have a number etched in there. very hard to see.

Check their website to see if they offer better instructions.

What do you mean by "The top half"? Usually you don't replace a "top half" of a faucet you replace the whole thing.

What is the problem that you think you need to replace it?

Are these pics better? I need to replace the top half since the black button on top is broken.

Looks like a Genesis.

There's a video of a guy installing the white version.

Pfister is pretty good on honoring their warranty. OP should call and see if this is covered.

Thanks! Life time warranty, even better... I wonder if they are going to need a serial number.

I had that type of faucet once and hated it. The button broke on ours too.

Hey! I Had that one. Sorry I tossed it out after the hand leaked (lift up and trickle came out). Sprayer button would stick. Weight on hose would catch. Still it served its need for 5 years.

I replaced with this. It allowed large pots to be put under, and hose is nicer at retracting. I regret not rotating handle to left side as I hold pots with right hand to fill.

Wasn't cheap but goes great with the corian... got a Kohler Simplice in flat black... (sorry link is way to long)

I have the exact kitchen faucet and yes I have problems but the Pfister customer service is amazing and sent me new parts Evrey time, without my bill of sale or any proof of purchase. One of the best companies I have felt with for standing behind their products!

Thanks for the compliment. It's important to us that you have an excellent customer experience. Glad we could help!
