 | sprint tower overload doesn't make sense? Yesterday i was using our sprint hotspot and it was working fine and then bam it stops working and hadn't worked since. It started displaying power save searching for 4g which i know we don't have 4g. Called millenicom and did a hard reset like the guy said. (he was kind of a Dick head) and then it said it needs to activate to 3g network and i tried that but it failed. Called again and lauroon answered. She said to put it on 3g only and update 3g profile. Well that failed also. So now I'm with no internet. If the tower is overloaded then how long should it be before i have internet? This weekend we are going into town to do laundry and if it doesn't connect to that tower then it is millenicom problem right? Just don't see how internet can work fine for days and then all of a sudden drop from network And i am nowhere near the 50GB cap unless they sneak in GB i am near 3GB of data used. |

 | They called back earlier and said the tower is not overloaded. Our device just isn't picking up a signal. which does not make sense since the tower is right down the road. We are going to go into town like they said and see if it picks up a signal from another tower. if it doesn't then I'm just going to cancel millenicom since i refuse to buy another sprint hotspot. |

Not much Millenicom can do if your device goes bad . Did you bring your own device or was it supplied by Millenicom ? |

 | Ok i went into town and got perfect signal and connected. Came back home (we live about 5 to ten miles from town). And lost our signal again so it has to be a tower problem right? How long should i wait before i should be mad at having no internet? I mean we've had it about 2 weeks and been on the phone plenty with them. |

 | So should it magically come back or are we screwed with a lost signal forever?..we drove to the tower and still had zero bars. |

|
 | They notated it they said..I'm going to buy a antenna for it if they are cheap to try it. |

Max SignalPremium join:2008-03-07 Buffalo, NY kudos:1 | The antenna Millenicom sells is a great value and a good performer. |
|
 | Would a antenna make a difference though? Like i said we drove to the tower and still had no signal until we drove into a different tower area |
