Johnston, IA | [IA] email troubles Heads up, my wife had her email locked out tonight. When I called the CSR said that it was about the 8th email account he had gotten a call about tonight. So if you can't access your email they need to reset the password/account from mediacom's end. The CSR said that he was taking lots of notes and pushing it up the line since it sounded like a system wide problem. |

mediacom got their email servers infiltrated. Spam was originating from my and apparently other's email accounts. I got locked out twice yesterday and the system wouldnot let me change my password. I had to call support twice. |

had to help a friend who is disabled reset his pass too, it still asks even today for his new pass, he types it in and it lets him on, even though the save my password is checked and its the same pass he retypes in, CSR also said they were aware of the issue and he had done several in the course of the day. |
